The pre-and post-operative pain in 1 week of two groups, and the differences of 6-12 months cure rate had no statistical significance (p>0.05).Conclusions Compared with multi-visit therapy, the post operative pain and 6-12 months cure rate of one-visit endodontic therapy for teeth with fistula of chronic diseases of periapical has no significant difference but its short-course therapy, less return visit and medical expenses are worth clinical promotion.
