The influence of Wuji Pill Solution on morphology and apoptosis of SGC-7901 cells infected with Helicobacter pylori in vitro

Abstract：To investigate the effecte of Wuji Pill Solution on morphology and apoptosis of SGC-7901 cells infected with Helicobacter pylori (H·pylori) in vitro. Methods H·pylori were introduced to the cells. Microscope was applied to observe the morphology and flow cytometry was used to analyze the extent of apoptosis of cells infected with H·pylori.Results The morphology of cells infected with H·pylori was repaired with Wuji Pill Solution. The apoptosis of cells were lower than that of contrast group ( p<0.05).Conclution Wuji Pill Solution decreased the apoptosis rate of SGC-7901 cells infected with H·pylori and protected the morphology of cells infected with H·pylori .
