Abstract:The pathogenesis of diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) remains unknown, but studies have shown that it is associated with aberrant signaling pathway, such as canonical Wnt signaling pathways. Numerous studies have demonstrated that expression and localization of β-catenin which is the principal downstream effector of the canonical Wnt signaling pathways is involved in the pathogenesis of DLBCL. Canonical Wnt signaling pathways not only contribute to the pathogenesis of DLBCL but also correlate with the clinical staging. Canonical Wnt signaling pathways could be a potentially useful therapeutic target for DLBCL.
