Abstract:In the absence of diaphragm electrolytic bath, using Ti net as cathode and anode, the electrochemical method was applied for the treatment of disperse red HF-BF simulated dye wastewater. Through the comparison of the external treatment effect of two electrolyte, NaCl and Na2SO4, this paper also discussed the related factors that affect the concentration of electrolyte, current density, electrolytic time required and the wastewater from dyestuff the original concentration, and the effect of electrolysis time on CODCr degradation rate. Experiments show that: when operated with NaCl and Na2SO4 respectively as added electrolyte, it is found that the decolorization effect of disperse red HF-BF wastewater is obviously not the same, the decolorization effect and NaCl is much better than Na2SO4, and the degradation of current density, electrolyte concentration and electrolysis time and wastewater chroma are closely related.
