The survey of intersection numbers of a kind of RBIB designs

Abstract：Intersection numbers is very important in the theory of combinatorial designs and is widely used in statistics. In this paper, we investigate the intersection numbers by means of constructing RBIBD (4, 1; 28). It plays an important role in the intersection numbers with higher orders of RBIBD(4, 1; v)(v=4 mod 12).
