Abstract：Concerned is he exac mul iplicity of posi ive solu tions and bifurca tion diagrams of a Dirichle boundary value problem with a concave-convex-concave nonlinearity. Under some sui able condi tions imposed on he nonlinear erm, wo types of bifurca tion diagrams are ob ained by he analysis of ime map. One of bifurca tion diagrams is an increasing curve and he ano her one is S-shaped. Consequently, he exac mul iplicity of posi ive solu tions is de ermined.
