Abstract：to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine seedspowder on postoperative care of endoscopic thyroidectomy. apply hot pack of seedspowder to 296 cases of endoscopic thyroidectomy area to test the efficacy. it significantly shortens the pain time, neck edema and silt macula after seedspowder hot pack treatment in 296 cases; it makes patients feel more comfortable and shortens the length of stay as well. professional nursing and using seedspowder hot packs are helpful in postoperative rehabilitation.
