Abstract：to discuss the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer. summarized clinical data of 32 cases with laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer between January 2012 and November 2014 in our hospital. 32 cases of surgery are successful, no laparotomy, no postoperative bleeding and the anastomotic leakage occurred. laparoscopic colorectal cancer operation is relatively complex, performer should be skillful and experienced at laparoscopic surgery, work closely with surgical staff, and choose suitable cases for surgery under operating specification.
