Abstract:Study the clinical effect of the hemoperfusion in treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. 94 acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients, which were treated in our hospital from 2010.11 to 2013.11 , are divided into the treatment group and the control group. 47patients in control group get the routine treatment and the 47 patients in treatment group get the additional hemoperfusion. Compare the cholinesterase activity recovery time, rebound rate, total doze of atropine, cure rate, the average hospital stay and complication rate. Comparing the cholinesterase activity recovery time, rebound rate, total doze of atropine, cure rate, the average hospital stay and complication rate, the treatment group has the better result . There exists statistically significant differences in the treatment group and the control group (p<0.05). Hemoperfusion is effective in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
