Research on non-integrated supply chain models based on different transportation sponsors

Abstract：This paper studies two types of models of the non-integrated supply chain without or with a transporter. Firstly, in the absence of a transporter,we establish the non-integrated supply chain models that the retailor and the manufacturer respectively acts as the transporter.Secondly, with a transporter participating in the supply chain,we set up the non-integrated supply chain models that the retailor and the manufacturer respectively bears the transportation service charges.Finally,by comparing the optimal solutions of the two types of models,we analyze the effects of the different transportation sponsors and the different undertakers of transportation service expenses on the retailor’s, manufacturer’s and the supply chain’s total profits.
