The influence of Fusarium oxysporum mixed with glyphosate on Alternanthera defense enzymes

Abstract：Isolated 9 different morphology strains from Alternanthera,identificating strain B, D were different Alternaria, strain C for the Oidium, strain F as Fusarium oxysporum, G for the Fusarium moniliforme, strains E and I were unknown fungus(no sporulation), A, H were bacteria. Through inoculating the isolated strains to PDA stabs for 7 d, spraying i to healthy plants, the results showed that strain B and strain F had inhibitory effect on A.t philoxeroides , 9 d after inoculation, the disease index was 17.33 and 46.69 respectively.
