DELMIA and CATIA in the car fixture design and welding robot simulation

Abstract：According to the specific design of the back automobile floor beams, CATIA software was applied to design automobile welding-installation fixtures with the optimum scheme. Using DLEMIA software in welding robot simulation to make and overall planning for welding with welding robot, to test the accuracy of welding robot tweezers reaching the right soldered dot, and to determine an appropriate position that won’t be interfered by the soldering turret, product and jig.
