Abstract:Objective Researching the clinical value of combined test with Malb and urine sugar for diabetes early renal injury. Methods Retrospectively reviewed 42 cases of diabetic patients with early renal damage from May 2010 to September 2013. All these patients that used Malb and urine sugar joint inspection diagnosis were taken as observation group. Another 42 cases of single detection diabetic kidney injury patients for the same period were taken as control group, and tested their urine sugar only. Results Based on pathologic results, there are 41 patients in observation group were detected, the detection rate is 97.6%, 36 patients in control group were detected, detection rate is 85.7%, which is lower than observation group. Differences were obvious and statistically significant (p<0.05). Positive rate of male glycosuria test in observation group was 84.0%, while the positive rate of Malb was 56.0%. Positive rate of female glycosuria test was 82.4%, while positive rate of Malb was 58.8%. Through detecting diabetic patient’s urine sugar and Malb, test results are different. Conclusion Using joint detection with Malb and urine sugar for diabetes early renal injury is helpful to improve diagnosis rate, to achieve accurate diagnosis, prompt treatment, and to identify treatment plans according to patients disease attributes.
