On a half-discrete Hilbert-type inequality with a non-homogeneous kernel
Abstract：By introducing multi-parameters and using the way of weight functions, a half-discrete Hilbert-type inequality with a non-homogeneous kernel and a best constant factor is given. The equivalent forms and some particular cases are also considered.
