An analysis of the report on food engineering experiments
Abstract：In order to understand the changes caused by number,gender,class and performance of students majoring in food engineering,we carried out an experiment which were graded in six different items.A later report on the experiment indicated that female students performed better than male ones while the former varied more in the discussion and analysis of the experiment than the latter.It is suggested that male students improve their performance in experiment.
