A study on the extraction of flavonoids from corn silk
Abstract：On the basis of single factor test through the L9（34） orthogonal test,we carried a study on the conditions for the extraction of flavonoids from corn silk.The results indicated that a fluid material which is of a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶100,an ethanol concentration of 60% and at 80 °C to extract 3 h is the optimum technological condition for the extraction of flavonoids.Such an extraction is proved to be convenient and reasonable and is therefore considered to be the foundation for the separation and purification of corn silk flavonoids and development of its physiological activities.
