Studies on the preparation of 2-hydroxy-3-sulfpropyl-bacterial cellulose Na salt
Abstract：Tests found that 2-hydroxy-3-sulfpropyl-bacterial cellulose Na salt could be prepared from bacterial cellulose. With the analysis of the structure of the sample preparation through IR and with the use of exchange capacity as referring index, we studied experimental parameters of the best techniques for the preparation. The tests indicated that the exchange capacity of 2-hydroxy-3- sulfpropyl-bacterial was 0. 481mmol/g under the optimum condition.
