A study on the stabilization technology for the red pigment from kapok flower
Abstract：Stabilizers were selected to carry out an experiment on the stabilization technology for the red pigment from kapok flower.The results indicated that the citric acid,the tea polyphenols and the acylation could enhance the stability of the pigment.The light and the heat resistance of the pigment were both improved effectively after a treatment by ferulic acid.Tea polyphenols could decrease the influence on pigment by oxidant while citric acid could relieve the influence on pigment by reducing agent.
