Interaction between isopentene-phloridzin and bovine serum album by fluorescence spectroscopy
Abstract:It is important to know the interaction between the small molecular with bioactivity and the serum album. The effects of isopentene-phloridzin in different concentrations on the fluorescence spectra in the range of 300~400 nm at 280 nm of bovine serum album(BSA) were investigated at 30°C and 40 °C respectively. The results showed that the intrinsic fluorescence intensities of BSA regularly declined with the concentration increase of isopentene-phloridzin added, the fluorescence quenching constants ksv of BSA were Ksv30 °C=6.2×103 L/mol and Ksv40 °C= 5.9×103 L/mol,biding constants K30 °C=0.05 mol/L and K40 °C=0.03 mol/L,biding sites n30 °C=0.64 and n40 °C=0.76,and the thermodynamic parameters ΔH=42 449.61,ΔG=7 543.04,and ΔS=115.20.These results indicated that the interaction between isopentene-phloridzin and BSA occurred by the combination between isopentene-phloridzin and BSA,and the combination mainly through an electrostatic force.
