Luminescent spectra properties of P(DDOPV-PV) with different composition Mol ration
Abstract:The luminescent spectra of a series of light-emitting copolymers of DDOPV (2,5-bis(dodecyloxy)-phenylenevinylene) and PV (phenylenevinylene) are measured. The results demonstrate that the composition mol ration of DDOPV to PV determines the spectra of their copolymers in some degree. A half quantity explanation is proposed according to the "one dimension free electron model" theory. Our research work reveals that it is a very practical method to get light-emitting copolymer whose emission wavelength is needed. Single layer devices with structure ITO/P(DDOPV-PV)/Al is also successfully fabricated.
