Abstract：New quality talents in universities possess a cross-disciplinary knowledge structure,outstanding innovative practical capabilities,dynamically adaptable thinking patterns,and mission driven value orientations,which can adapt to and lead the development of new industries,technologies,and formats.Science and technology innovation education achieves systemic empowerment through fourfold mechanisms of knowledge coupling,capability generation,kinetic energy stimulation and system linkage:promoting cognitive reconstruction through interdisciplinary knowledge coupling,promoting innovation capability generation through the dual wheel drive of"learning by doing"and"creating learning",integrating intrinsic interests and national mission to stimulate lasting momentum,and building an educational ecosystem through the collaborative efforts of multiple subjects.This mechanism jointly supports the practical path that runs through the entire process of curriculum,teaching,platform and evaluation,forming a"four-in-one"training system of curriculum reconstruction,model innovation,platform construction,and evaluation reform,thereby providing systematic support for the cultivation of new quality talents in university.
