Abstract:Under the guidance of the national innovation-driven and industrial upgrading strategies, professional master's degree education is undergoing a transformation from scale expansion to connotative development.Reforming the enrollment mechanism to prioritize practical abilities aims to return to the essential positioning of applied talent cultivation, effectively addressing the urgent demand for high-level specialized talents in economic and social development, resolving the structural contradiction between traditional selection methods and cultivation objectives, and leveraging the preemptive leadership and leveraged regulation role of enrollment evaluation within the entire training system.Currently, students'practical abilities exhibit characteristics such as diversified types, experience dependency, and uneven outcomes, with widespread deficiencies in professional practice and transferable skills. Therefore, the design of enrollment evaluation mechanism should adhere to fundamental principles such as fairness, authenticity, developmental orientation, contextual relevance, independence, and surface-to-depth analysis.By comprehensively employing case-based in-depth inquiry, scenario simulation, performance assessment, and intelligent evaluation tools,a scientific and effective comprehensive evaluation mechanism can be established to enhance the precision and foresight of talent selection.
