TANG Xiongshan
Abstract:"Harmony"is the product of contradictory, interdependent, and mutually coordinating related factors, serving as the prerequisite for the existence of all things and the factual essence of all phenomena.Confucianism further elevates"harmony"to the value ontology of its doctrine. From the perspective of corporate Confucianism, the subjects and dimensions of harmony include:harmony within the individual, harmony between individuals, harmony within the enterprise, harmony between enterprises, harmony between enterprises and society, and harmony between humans and"heaven."The formation of harmony is grounded in multiple foundations, encompassing historical traditions, human nature and organizational instincts, and social operational mechanisms.Fully considering and satisfying the interests of stakeholders is the core principle of harmony.Since harmony is crucial to the survival and sustainability of an enterprise, companies must formulate and implement corresponding strategies and tactics.
