On the issue of campus sexual bullying from the perspective of rights and interests protection and its mitigation

Abstract：Through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews in multiple regions such as Hunan and Beijing,it finds that there is a fragmented state of awareness of sexual bullying among students,parents,and teachers.This reflects three-dimensional structural obstacles in the existing prevention and control system for campus sexual bullying,including the absence of the main responsibility of family and school sex education,the insufficient construction of the prevention and control norms system for campus sexual bullying,and the vacuum in the post-trauma relief mechanism for the bullied.The most effective approach should be to establish a student bullying governance committee with the collaboration of families,schools,and communities,promote the special legislation for the prevention and control of campus sexual bullying,and create a"dual-track"model of judicial relief.Through institutional innovation and multi-party linkage,the prevention and control of campus sexual bullying can be transformed from passive control to active empowerment.
