Abstract：Red cultural resources are the most vivid materials for ideals and beliefs education.Integrating the vivid red cultural resource of Gu Wanchang's advanced deeds into the ideals and beliefs education of young university teachers can ensure the correct direction of ideals and beliefs education,enhance its appeal and influence,and improve the educational quality.The rich spiritual connotations of Gu Wanchang's advanced deeds,such as loyalty to the Party,serving the people wholeheartedly,being courageous in struggle,being realistic,and being selfless,have coupling with the ideals and beliefs education of young university teachers.Integrating the learning and promotion of Gu Wanchang's advanced deeds with education and training,exploring ideological and political elements,integrating them into classroom teaching,creating a strong campus cultural atmosphere,organizing practical activities,and strengthening online publicity and education,can promote the integration of Gu Wanchang's advanced deeds into the ideals and beliefs education of young university teachers.
