The modernity criticism in Capital

Abstract：Capital stands as the most comprehensive and profound synthesis of Marx's critique of modernity.In this seminal work,Marx not only reveals that the essence of modernity lies in capitalist modernity with"capital"at its core,but also delivers a dual critique—both theoretically and practically—of the ideological framework and economic logic governing capitalist modernity.He further explores the path to reconstructing modernity through sublation:socialism modernity.This involves dialectically negating capitalist modernity to build socialist modernity,transcending capitalist systems to achieve free and comprehensive human development,and replacing capital-based production modes to rebuild modernity.Thus,Marx's critique of modernity not only provides theoretical tools for deconstructing capitalist modernity but also offers profound enlightenment for the exploration of Chinese modernization path.
