Abstract：The spirit of historical initiative represents a unique spiritual quality that inspires the Communist Party of China to forging ahead with enterprise and fortitude.The process of advancing healthy China embodies invaluable historical initiative spirit.Firstly,to anchor the realistic orientation of social transformation,we promptly enact laws and regulations to make a strategic deployment for healthy China,thereby addressing pressing issues in the realm of public health.Secondly,to adhere to the laws of people's health development,we deepen the reform of the medical and health care system and advance the construction of the public health system,forging a practical approach to promote high-quality development in the cause of people's health.Finally,to advance historical progress proactively,we not only build healthy China domestically to underpin Chinese modernization and establish a solid foundation of public health for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,but also maintain a global vision to champion the building of the global community of health for all,thus demonstrating the commitment as a responsible major power through concrete actions.
