The coupling logic and practical approach of new quality productivity and the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents for graduate students

Abstract：The development of new quality productivity is centered on innovation,and the key element of innovation lies in talent.As an important component of graduate education,top-notch innovative talents are the foundation of human resource elements in new quality productivity.Under the background of new quality productivity,there are the following problems in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents among graduate students:limited disciplinary talent cultivation mode and excessive planning in resource allocation;uneven structure of talent cultivation types and insufficient coverage of disciplines;plain integration of industry and education in talent cultivation and disconnection between talents supply and industry demand.Therefore,institutional design should be strengthened to promote the adjustment of disciplines and majors,innovate talent cultivation models and resource allocation methods,strengthen the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,integrate and optimize the layout of talent selection fields,actively undertaking national core strategic tasks.It should also deepen the construction of the system and mechanism for the integration of industry and education to build a collaborative education community.
