On the acceptance and value of Du Fu's poetry by Lingnan poets in the Ming dynasty

Abstract：As can be seen from the poems collected in"Complete Poems of Guangdong",the Lingnan poets in the Ming dynasty demonstrated a highly proficient mastery of Du Fu's poems and were filled with deep reverence and admiration for Du Fu in their hearts.They did not just stay at the level of simple reading of Du Fu's poetry,but through a series of specific and in-depth poetry writing practices such as using the exquisite language of Du Fu's poetry,imitating the style paradigm of Du Fu's poetry,and creating harmony.They clearly demonstrated their study and inheritance of Du Fu's poetry.These diverse writing practices,on the one hand,have effectively promoted the widespread dissemination of Du Fu's poetry and further consolidated the noble status of Du Fu's poetry classics.On the other hand,it has effectively improved the poetry creation level of poets.In addition,these practices greatly enriched the relevant literature of Du Fu's poetry studies,providing rich materials and basis for future research on Du Fu's poetry and the development of Lingnan poetry in the Ming dynasty.
