Research on the current situation and improvement path of the integration of industry and education of universities and colleges in Guangdong Province

Abstract：The integration of industry and education in education is an important way to improve the quality of cultivating applied and innovative talents.In response to the unclear situation and effectiveness of the integration of industry and education in Guangdong universities,a survey of enterprises found that Guangdong Province's enterprises have a high degree of recognition of the integration of industry and education model,but there are generally problems such as insufficient cooperation depth,low cooperation effectiveness,and unequal cooperation status with universities.The paper further finds that the cooperation between ordinary undergraduate colleges and enterprises in receiving interns and graduates,jointly developing courses and compiling textbooks,and mutual training between universities and enterprises is relatively close,followed by double-first-class universities,and there are obvious gaps between vocational colleges and double-first-class universities and ordinary undergraduate colleges in these aspects.In addition,the double first-class universities are much higher than the other two types of universities in terms of cooperation with enterprises.Therefore,the integration of industry and education in running schools should develop from breadth to depth.Universities should enhance their awareness of the integration of industry and education and provide policy support.At the same time,the government should fully play its guiding role to promote cooperation between enterprises and universities.
