The power of care:prevention and specific paths for campus bullying

Abstract：Care is a code of behavior oriented towards care relationships formed by people in dealing with interpersonal relationships.Based on the analysis of the four characteristics of care,the study explores the phenomenon of campus bullying and presents the lack of care characteristics among bullied students,disregard for individual characteristics of bullied students,the broken relationship between the bullying students and the bullied students,and the loss of harmony in the school environment,which highlights the need for the prevention of care.The specific path of campus bullying prevention and care is explored from four dimensions:good motivation,individuality,caring relationship,and harmonious development,namely,dissolving the indifferent moral cognition of the bullying students with caring cognition,cultivating the self-identity of the bullied and bully-prone students with differentiated education,reshaping the values of both the bullied and the bully-prone students with respect and responsibility,and creating a safe campus with a caring environment that dissolves the antagonistic relationship state between the bullying and the bully-prone students,which will be effective in preventing and controlling campus bullying.
