Sustainable inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage from the perspective of systematic preservation

Abstract：As a kind of rice noodles product with local characteristics,Gaoming rice noodles is not only a kind of daily food,but also a kind of traditional skill and a kind of food custom.Gaoming rice noodles has experienced a transformation from intergenerational family inheritance to mentorship in stores,with a high degree of market-oriented development and significant productive protection effects.Its integration of cultural and tourism has also been acctively promoted.But at the same time,it is also faced with the development predicament of the shaping of diversified diet,the decline of traditional cultural environment and the impact of modern lifestyle.In order to promote the sustainable development of Gaoming rice noodles,we need to take systematic protection as the guiding ideology,establish the concepts of humanistic development,regional integrity protection,and livelihood protection,and adopt five strategies including ecological protection,educational inheritance,boutique development,market-oriented development,and digital dissemination to inject new impetus into the development of the culture and related industries associated with Gaoming rice noodles.
