The humanistic risk of technology:concept discrimination and construction

Abstract：In the humanistic reflection of technology,the concept of"humanistic risk"of technology is often confused with concepts such as"ethical issues","ethical risk","negative value",and"engineering risk"of technology,resulting in abuse and misuse.By analyzing and clarifying the core issues of the logical starting point,scope of use,and basic characteristics of these similar concepts,we can enter the understanding of the concept of"humanistic risk"from the humanistic tradition of technological philosophy.Grasping the systematic,humanistic,objective reality,practical context,and difficult to quantify characteristics of technological humanistic risk is of great theoretical value and practical significance for reflecting on the relationship between technology,human civilization,and the future of humanity,and for understanding,grasping,and governing modern technological issues.
