Research in Innovative Talents Safeguard Mechanism of Manufacturing Industry in Foshan City

Abstract：As manufacturing industry has been the driving force of the economy success in Foshan, the great achievement of which meanwhile has faced bottleneck constraints of maintaining a healthy and sustainable development. The key factor to break bottleneck constraints would be talents, in particularly innovative talents. The contribution of innovative talents has drawn social identification and attention in the process of business upgrading and transformation. This thesis starts from the current development status of manufacturing industry, points out the demand for innovative talents in the process of business transformation and upgrading, analyzes the condition of innovative talents construction and provides recommendations for building innovative talents safeguard mechanism of manufacturing industry and for business upgrading and transformation in Foshan city.
