Innovation Research on Professional Quality Education of International Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Media Background

Abstract：Professional Quality Education is the main theme of promoting the internationalization development in Vocational Education under the new media background. Cultivating international talents with media literacy and professional quality will be the new normal in Vocational Education reform and development. Higher vocational colleges should fully comply with the trend of the new media development, using new media resources to establish a multi-leveled collaborative permeable innovative quality education model with no limitation in time and space. This paper raises a vocational quality education development path of“Intelligent Manufacturing with Advantages”,“Channel Revolution”,“Media Integration”,“Chains Extension” and“Service Upgrading”to provide references on enhancing talents quality in Higher Vocational Colleges under the new media background.
