Abstract：By taking Silent Spring and A Sand County Almanac as samples and comparatively studying on ecological thought and philosophy in two works as research theme, this paper, from the perspective of modern ecological literary criticism, focuses on inherent ecological thought of two works and ecological thought of treating nature kindly and harmonious co-existence between mankind and nature advocated by two authors, deepening understanding and awareness of ecological philosophy of Silent Spring and A Sand County Almanac.
