Abstract：Technical monopoly is a human's new problem in the post-industrial era. The rapid development of technology has permeated every aspect of human social life, human become to depend on technology day by day and turn to be a slave under the rule of technology. Based on this, it is necessary to review the relationship between human culture and technology, and try to explore new ways from technical humanization, the ecologicalization of technology, technological democratization, as well as the fusion development of technology and human beings.
