Abstract：Financial culture plays an important role in the process of financial development. Financial innovation is not only the core component of the financial culture, but also a fundamental source of inspiration survival and development of the financial sector. As the economy is entering a new phase of normal, finance new eco inevitably exhibit new characteristics different from the past. Internet banking is the ecological impact of the current finance and main variable factor in the formation of new financial norm. The formation of the new features will determine the direction and focus of financial innovation so as to promote the healthy development of the financial system.
