Discussion on Defects of Crime Legislation on Network Theft

Abstract：With the rapid development of the network, the network crime shows an increasing trend, and network crime has become an important issue of common concern in modern society. As a new type of cyber crime, the characteristics of the network theft include the general characteristics of the criminal law and its own particularities. Network theft has obvious difference compared to traditional theft in such areas as time space, tools, and methods. With the fast development of global cyber technology, the characteristics of network theft are also changing.
