Anti-Crime Strategies against Self-Media Crime

Abstract：Self-media is not only a reflection of the way in media self-existence but also a social platform. Its main feature is the spread of civilians, individualized, interactive mode of transmission, three-dimensional, and the fragmented, decentralized dissemination of contents. Such media for people’s lives has brought great convenience. However, criminals treat it as a criminal tool. They use multimedia in spreading rumors, cheating, mobbing, the virus implanted network of violence and other criminal activities. The main features of their crimes are:hidden, virtualization, blindness and younger. Based on this, prevention and punishment is required and necessary. Prevention exists mainly in education and management, and punishment will be established according to the law, even in the heavy penalties if necessary.
