The Thoughts and Struggles between the Various Forces During the Sino-Vietnamese Border Uprising Launched by Revolutionaries In the Late Qing Dynasty

Abstract:Revolutionaries led by Sun Yat-sen launched an armed uprising in the Sino-Vietnamese border region between 1907-1908, resulting in a time of paranoia Vietnam border. Sun Yat-sen began planning an uprising in Lim Chin region in Guangdong which was near the area around Vietnam to balance things in both directions, and expected to get support from French colonial authorities. But the attitude from French government on the Sun’s interior was not the same, and Qing government also worried about the French intervention. There were many considerations between French government and Qing government, which made problem more complicated.
