Abstract:During the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, Cantonese Opera troupe underwent tremendous changes in Guangdong, the opera center moved from Foshan to Guangzhou and other big cities. Driven by the national capital injection, Cantonese Opera troupes became more commercial operation, which made Cantonese Opera troupes prosperity, bringing the whole opera market to mature, giving far-reaching impact on the development of Cantonese opera.
