Abstract：Mobile networks are changing the way of people’s working, living and reading habits. If the service model has not been updated, library reader service work will inevitably face a crisis. The mission of library not only provides the literature resources and service but also enhances the user knowledge in society with the aim to improving the society. Library service should innovate to meet the needs of social development.
