Abstract：Three aspects of the core content of Japanese 2008 “The Basic Project on Vitalizing Education” are the legislative authority and correlative programs on vitalizing education, the concrete object of one decade on achieving The Basic Project on Vitalizing Education and the concrete ensuring measures on implementing education vitalizing project. The establishment and implementation of basic education vitalizing project express that Japan is committed to create a comprehensive education system which is pushed by the government, schools, society and families, and it has provided potent ensurance in achieving Japanese new century education conception and talent strategy.
