On the Utilization Efficiency and Integrated Management of Local University Laboratory Resources

Abstract：To solve the problem of the low utilization of the traditional closed experimental model taken by the laboratories of the university, the paper proposes a method of open platform for experimental teaching based on the study of enhancing the utilization of the laboratory by the effective sharing of the resources. Based on exploring the building of reasonable re-allocation of laboratory resources and opening up shared mechanisms as well as the implementation of necessary incentives and innovative management approaches, the development of students’ personality and the training of innovative applied talents will be achieved.
