Abstract:The human individual and social value is the logic isomorphic formed by the law of nature from the natural activities in the physical world embedded in the activities at all levels of human reality. Natural factors and social factors of human individual, the physiological, psychological and multi-dimensions of behaviours cannot be divided with inherent unity. The cognition of human result of the process of interaction between the subject and object at multi-level of intermediary chain, in which there are certain essential transformation, restructuring and rebuilding of the mutual “match” construct and the virtual in the human subjective mode information and its cognitive“object”. Cultural evolution in vitro and in vivo gene that provided the ability are“mutual coordination” of human society, in the internal structure of the person as a special inform some can distinguish two different levels of information. One is in the genes deep structure encoded procedural information, the other is display information based on procedural information above specific performance. The latter requires the actualization of information intermediary generated by virtue of the environment. Due to the diversity and specific form of environment information, therefore, the specific form and content of the latter also have the features of diversity and complexity. Different forms of human civilization develop through the different ways of information creation, processing and dissemination. Accompanied with the development of information creation and dissemination of network model, the digestion of the national power centralization and hegemony will be the “technological premise” for establishing an emerging democratic society. Wu Kun’s basic theory of the philosophy of information and the application of view on information society has achieved a major innovation in the field of science and philosophy.
