Analysis of Demands for HR Based on Integrated Economy and Industry of Zhuhai, Zhongshan and Jiangmen

Abstract：The establishment of integration path is both a choice of direction directly facing with reality in Pearl River Delta and a strategic resolution farsightedly thought for the development of the Pearl River Delta. The paper, based on the analysis of the demands for HR in the integrated economy and industry of Zhuhai, Zhong shan and Jiangmen as well as the comparison of their characteristic local economy, industry and advantages of the three cities, probes into how to break away with the present administrative barriers, rectify biased interest orientation and realize effective allocation of resources so as to raise the three cities’ core competitiveness by building a bigger and stronger economy.
