Abstract：Performance on scientific research at local colleges and universities plays an important role in promoting the development of local economy, science and technology, education and culture. Based on in-depth analysis of the influence factors of scientific research team performance at local colleges and universities, this paper puts forward countermeasures for constructing scientific research team with better performance, such as optimizing research team structure, strengthening the cultivation and introduction of team leaders, establishing evaluation mechanism for research team and strengthening culture construction in research team.
