A Study on the Work Pattern of Investigation on the Duty Crimes of the Procuratorial Authority

Abstract：Taking effect in January 2013, the new criminal procedure law has more demanding on the investigation of duty crimes in the field of evidence system, plea system and investigative measures. To promote the healthy development of China’s procuratorial work, based on analyzing the relevant provisions of the new criminal procedural law and on the current self-investigation work, it is necessary to adjust the existing working mode of procuratorial authority.
