Research on the Current Development of Private Logistics Enterprises in Pearl River Delta

Abstract：By using the sample of ten private logistics enterprises in Pearl River Delta, this paper analyzes the quantitative relationships among the development of private logistics enterprises, market positioning, internal management and other variables;by applying the methods of chat analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis and principal component analysis, this paper discusses the current development of private logistics enterprises in Pearl River Delta through in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey, and then further gives some specific suggestions.
